Qi Gong

Qi Gong (pronounced chee-goong) is one of the four pillars of traditional Chinese medicine, together with acupuncture, massage and herbal medicine. Using a combination of gentle exercises, moving meditation, breathwork and self-massage, Qi Gong is designed to enhance health and wellbeing, clearing the mind and nourish the immune system.
